Your phone number
The type of jump you would like to do (we can explain your options)
How many people will be jumping
Let us know if you would like a video, stills, or both.
Please bear this in mind:
We cannot control the weather, and there are many other factors which may delay your scheduled jump. Please plan on spending the entire day with us.
We are concerned about your safety, and the safety of our staff. High winds, precipitation, low clouds, and many other unpredictable factors may delay your skydive. There is NO guarantee you will jump the same day that you are scheduled, and there are NO refunds of deposit, but you can come back when the weather is nice at no extra charge.
